GALIVANTS FERRY, SC – One person was hospitalized following a truck accident in Horry County yesterday morning, according to WPDE.
The accident occurred on Eagle Road and W Highway 501 at 10:28 a.m. on June 12, when an 18-wheeler truck crashed into a wooded area.
One person, who was not immediately identified, was taken to the hospital with undisclosed injuries.
The cause of the crash was not immediately available, and the accident remains under investigation.
