CHARLESTON, SC – A crash on James Island Expressway near Exit 2 caused a major traffic buildup Wednesday afternoon, according to the South Carolina Department of Transportation.
Live5News reported that the crash caused traffic to backup to Calhoun St. No injuries were reported.
