News: Pedestrian killed while walking on Hwy 501 in Myrtle Beach

MYRTLE BEACH, SC – Early Monday morning, July 26, the driver of a car hit and killed a person walking on Highway 501 near Forestbrook Rd.
According to WMBF News, the crash happened around 1:30 a.m. The driver of a Ford SUV hit the pedestrian, whose identity has not been released.
It is not clear whether South Carolina State Patrol will press charges against the driver.
