IRMO, SC – A 25-year-old man was hit and killed early Sunday morning, July 25, while walking on I-26 to retrieve something that had fallen out of his car.
According to WIS News, the victim has been identified as Andre Howell. The Lexington Co. Coroner pronounced Howell dead at the scene.
The accident happened near mile marker 114.
