CLEMSON, SC – Two people were injured in a crash involving a U.S. Postal Service mail truck on Hwy 123 near U.S. 93 on Wednesday.

According to FOX Carolina, the accident happened when a Dodge Charger collided with the mail truck, causing it to veer into the oncoming lane. This happened around 3 p.m. on July 21.

Two other cars crashed into each other while trying to avoid hitting the mail truck.

Two people were transported to an area hospital with injuries. Officials are investigating the cause of the crash, but believe speed was a factor.
