SOCASTEE, SC – One person was hurt in a rollover accident involving a utility pole in Socastee yesterday morning, according to WPDE.
The collision happened on Peachtree Road at around 6:25 a.m. on July 17, when a vehicle crashed into a utility pole and overturned.
One person sustained undisclosed injuries in the crash.
The roadway was closed for an extended period following the crash as authorities investigated and cleaned up downed utility lines.
The crash remains under investigation.
