BEAUFORT CO., SC – A pedestrian has been struck and killed by a vehicle on Highway 21 Monday night, reports WCSC.
According to South Carolina Highway Patrol, the accident took place on Highway 21 near Shanklin Road around 10:00 PM on July 12th. A 2014 Camaro was traveling south when they struck a pedestrian who had been walking in the southbound lane.
The pedestrian sadly died at the scene. They have yet to be identified by the coroner’s office.
The driver and passenger of the Camaro are uninjured.
