CONWAY, SC – 29-year-old Timothy Tindall has been charged with three counts of felony DUI after a two-vehicle collision that injured three people, including a 10-month-old baby, Saturday evening.

WBTW reports that the accident occurred on Secondary 29 at Dew Lane around 5:00 PM on July 3rd. Tindall was driving a 2008 pickup truck while under the influence of alcohol when he collided with a 2007 Chrysler.

The occupants of the Chrysler, a family of three, were all badly injured. The father, Brett McPherson has several broken bones and remains in a coma. McPherson’s fiance, who has not been identified, suffered a broken back and a broken hip, but is in stable condition. Their 10-month-old baby sustained a severe head injury and remains at the Medical University of South Carolina.

Tindall faces three counts of felony DUI resulting in great bodily injury. He has been released on bail for $75,000.
