GREENVILLE CO., SC – One person has died and another has been seriously injured in a single-vehicle accident Thursday evening, reports WSPA.
The crash reportedly occurred on Piedmont Golf Course Road near Fairway Drive around 6:40 PM on June 24th. The vehicle had been traveling westbound when it exited the roadway, overturned, and crashed into a tree.
The driver and passenger were trapped in the vehicle following the crash.
The passenger, 39-year-old Markida Nekendra Blasingame, sadly died at the scene.
The driver was taken to the Greenville Memorial Hospital for treatment.
