BEAUFORT CO., SC – One adult and three children have been hospitalized after a single-vehicle accident Wednesday morning, reports WCSC.
According to the Burton Fire District, the accident took place on Broad River Boulevard around 10:30 AM on June 9th.
The adult and three children all sustained non-life threatening injuries and were taken to Beaufort Memorial Hospital for treatment.
Broad River Boulevard was closed for approximately 45 minutes as first responders from the Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office and South Carolina Highway Patrol worked to clear the scene.
