ROCK HILL, SC – A pedestrian has died after being hit by two vehicles while attempting to cross I 77 Tuesday night, according to WCNC.
South Carolina Highway Patrol reports that the fatal collision took place on I 77 northbound near Dave Lyle Boulevard the night of June 1st. The pedestrian was first struck by an 18-wheeler and then struck again by a Nissan Altima.
The coroner’s office has yet to identify the deceased pedestrian.
South Carolina Highway Patrol continues to investigate the fatal accident.
