UNION CO., SC – A woman was killed and three others, including two children, were injured in a head-on collision Monday morning, reports FOX Carolina.

According to South Carolina Highway Patrol, the accident took place in the 4600 block of Jonesville Lockhart Highway around 7:20 AM on May 31st. A Ford F-150 pickup truck collided head-on with a Nissan Versa.

34-year-old Anne Harris, a front-seat passenger in the Nissan Versa, was killed in the crash.

The driver of the Nissan as well as a 4-year-old passenger and a 9-year-old passenger suffered injuries and were transported to the hospital.

South Carolina Highway Patrol and the Union County Coroner’s Office continue to investigate the accident.
