LEXINGTON CO., SC – One person has died after crashing their miniature dirt bike Tuesday evening, reports The State.
According to South Carolina Highway Patrol, the accident took place on Williams Circle at Courtney Drive around 6:40 PM on May 25th. The driver lost control of the vehicle before exiting the roadway and colliding with a mailbox and a tree.
The driver later succumbed to their injuries at an area hospital. The coroner’s office has yet to identify the victim.
South Carolina Highway Patrol continues to investigate the accident.
