BEAUFORT CO., SC – One person was injured and trapped inside their vehicle following a collision between a pickup truck and a sedan Monday morning, according to the Island Packet.
The Bluffton Township Fire District reports that the accident took place at the intersection of U.S. 278 and Pinckney Colony Road around 7:20 AM on May 24th. A sedan and a pickup truck collided in the intersection, resulting in the driver of the pickup truck being trapped inside their vehicle.
The driver of the pickup truck was rescued by first responders and taken to the hospital with injuries. Their current condition is unknown.
