SUMTER CO., SC – One person has died after an accident involving a Harley motorcycle and a 2011 Infinity Sunday morning, reports WLTX.
The accident took place on U.S. 15 North near Lewis Road the morning of May 16th. The motorcyclist attempted an illegal lane change and crashed into the Infinity.
According to South Carolina Highway Patrol, the motorcyclist had not been wearing a helmet and died at the scene. The coroner’s office has not yet identified the deceased.
None of the Infinity’s occupants were injured in the crash.
South Carolina Highway Patrol continues to investigate the accident.
