DARLINGTON CO., SC – One person has died as a result of a single-vehicle accident Monday evening, reports ABC 15.
According to South Carolina Highway Patrol, the accident took place on S.C. 340 near Hoffmeyer Road around 8:30 PM on May 10th. The vehicle involved reportedly exited the roadway and crashed into a ditch.
The driver was unfortunately pronounced dead at the scene. The Darlington County Coroner’s Office has yet to identify the victim.
South Carolina Highway Patrol continues to investigate the accident.
