TEGA CAY, SC – 38-year-old Juventino Santiago died in an accident involving heavy machinery at a construction site Wednesday afternoon, reports WBTV.
According to the York County Coroner’s Office, the accident took place at a site on Holiday Cove Lane during the afternoon working hours on April 28th. The accident occurred while Santiago was operating heavy machinery, but further details are unknown at this time.
Santiago was unfortunately pronounced dead at the scene. An autopsy will be performed and a toxicology report is pending.
