OAK GROVE, SC (LEXINGTON COUNTY) – A 27-year-old woman was killed, and another person was hurt in a collision on Highway 1 in Lexington County last night, according to WIS News.
The crash happened on Hwy 1 near Kitti Wake Drive at about 9:30 p.m. on April 24, as 27-year-old Rachel L. Harsey, operating a 2000 Buick, was turning onto a private drive.
The driver’s side of the Buick was struck by the driver a 2006 Acura.
Harsey died at the scene.
The driver of the Acura, who was not immediately identified, was taken to the hospital with undisclosed injuries.
Authorities continue to investigate the accident.
