MOUNTAIN REST, SC (OCONEE COUNTY) – Two people were airlifted to the hospital following a plane crash in Oconee County this morning, according to FOX Carolina.

The accident occurred in a wooded area near Taylor Creek Road and Highlands Highway at about 11 a.m. on April 25.

Two people were airlifted to the hospital with undisclosed injuries. Their identities were not immediately released.

Authorities continue to investigate the accident.
