SWANSEA, SC – One person was severely injured in a single-vehicle rollover crash Tuesday afternoon, reports The Lexington Ledger.
According to South Carolina Highway Patrol, the accident took place in the 1700 block of Savannah Highway around 4:40 PM on April 20th.
One person had to be rescued from the overturned vehicle and airlifted to the nearest hospital. Their condition and identity remain unknown.
South Carolina Highway Patrol believes the driver fled the scene. Troopers are currently monitoring area hospitals for anyone checking in with injuries similar to those sustained in a rollover crash.
