HORRY CO., SC – Four people were taken to the hospital late Wednesday morning following a two-vehicle accident near Conway, reports WMBF.
Horry County Fire Rescue states that the crash took place on Highway 22 near mile marker 21 around 11:50 AM on April 7th. One vehicle was overturned when first responders arrived,
The identity or condition of anyone involved in the accident is unknown at this time.
South Carolina Highway Patrol continues to investigate the accident.
