CHARLESTON CO., SC – One person has died after a collision involving a motorcycle and a car Friday night, reports ABC 4.

According to the Charleston County Coroner’s Office, the two-vehicle accident took place at the intersection of Van Ohsen Road and Lincolnville Road around 11:30 PM on April 2nd. The motorcycle collided with the other vehicle as it was turning left onto Van Ohsen Road.

The motorcyclist was ejected from their vehicle in the crash and died at the scene. The coroner’s office has identified the deceased as 30-year-old Robert “Bobby” Fiaccato. 

The driver of the car suffered minor injuries and was hospitalized. Their identity and condition remain unknown. 

The Charleston County Sheriff’s Office continues to investigate the circumstances of the crash.
