GREENVILLE CO., SC – All southbound lanes on I 85 were shut down Wednesday afternoon after an accident involving a tractor trailer and another vehicle, reports FOX Carolina.
According to South Carolina Highway Patrol, the accident took place on I 85 near Pelham Road at 12:17 PM on March 31st. Following the collision, the tractor trailer jackknifed, blocking the roadway. The other vehicle overturned in an embankment next to the highway.
Reports of injuries are still pending.
All lanes on I 85 southbound reopened around 6:00 PM Wednesday.
