WHITE HORSE, SC (GREENVILLE COUNTY) – A truck driver was taken to the hospital following a two-truck accident on Piedmont Highway on March 27, according to FOX Carolina.
The accident happened in White Horse, southwest of Greenville, on eastbound Piedmont Highway, near White Horse Road and I-85, when the driver of a 2015 Freightliner truck attempted to make a left turn onto the interstate ramp.
The Freightliner crashed into the trailer part of a 2019 Volvo semi-truck that was headed eastbound on Piedmont.
The Volvo’s driver was taken to the hospital for the treatment of undisclosed injuries.
