EASLEY, SC – A 20-year-old man was killed in a rollover accident early this morning in Easley, according to FOX Carolina.
The accident occurred on Saint Paul Road between 1 a.m. and 1:30 a.m. on March 20, when the driver of a sedan went off the right side of the roadway. The vehicle crashed into a ditch, then rolled over. It then struck a parked vehicle and collided with a garage.
The victim, 20-year-old Rosendo Venturo Paulino, was ejected from the vehicle. He died as a result.
Paulino was reportedly not wearing a seatbelt when the crash occurred.
According to authorities, the speed of the driver and possible intoxication played a role in the accident. The investigation, however, continues at this time.
