HORRY CO., SC – The Murrells-Inlet Garden City Fire District was called to the scene of a house fire that caused serious damage Wednesday evening, reports WMBF.
The home that caught fire is located along Oriole Drive. Officials report the blaze was sparked around 6:00 PM on March 3rd, but the cause of the fire is still under investigation.
The single resident of the home was able to escape and did not suffer any serious injuries.
The Murrells-Inlet Garden City Fire District continues to investigate the fire.
