MYRTLE BEACH, SC – One person was injured and transported to the hospital after a two-vehicle collision Tuesday morning, reports WMBF.
Horry County Fire Rescue states that the accident took place at 5000 U.S. 17 Bypass on February 23rd.
Neither the identity of the victim nor the severity of their injuries has yet been released.
Authorities ask that local drivers please avoid the scene of the accident to ensure the safety of emergency responders as they work to clear the area.
The South Carolina Highway Patrol continues to investigate the accident.
