TRAFFIC ADVISORY: At 1:06 p.m., #HCFR crews were dispatched to a 1-vehicle overturned accident, on Rose Moss Rd. near D St.

According to a tweet by Horry SC Fire Rescue, the accident happened on Rose Moss Street near D Street around 1:06 p.m.
The occupant of the vehicle signed a medical waiver.
