ORANGEBURG COUNTY, SC – A driver was killed after his vehicle overturned and crashed into multiple trees on Tuesday morning.
The fatal crash occurred on eastbound SC-70 near Fogle Pond Road at around 8:50 a.m. on January 26, 2021.
According to WCIV, a 2008 Nissan Armada traveled off the right side of SC-70 then hit a ditch, overturned, and crashed into several trees.
The driver died from injuries sustained in the crash. It is unclear if they had been taken to a local hospital.
Investigations are ongoing.
