SUMMERVILLE, SC – A pedestrian was hit and killed on Dochester Road on Saturday, January 23, 2021.
According to WCBD, the fatal accident happened on Dochester Road near Murray Boulevard around 12:45 a.m.
Police report a driver was traveling eastbound on Dochester Road in a 2012 Ford Edge when they struck a pedestrian. The pedestrian died due to their injuries.
Investigations into the cause of the crash are ongoing.
