ORANGEBURG, SC – A pedestrian was hit and killed on North Road on Wednesday, January 13, 2021.
According to WCSC, the unidentified pedestrian was crossing the westbound lanes of North Road near Willington Drive around 7:10 p.m. when they were struck by a 2020 Toyota.
The pedestrian was pronounced dead at the scene.
