SPARTANBURG, SC – A man has been charged with felony DUI with death for his role in a fatal car accident that took place in Spartanburg this weekend, FOX Carolina reports.

According to the South Carolina Highway Patrol, the incident took place shortly before 10:20 a.m. on Saturday, when Trent Matthew Neal drove through a red light at the intersection of Asheville Highway/US 176 and Springfield Road and struck a 2001 Toyota Camry. The Camry then caromed into a 2017 Honda Pilot.
